The Twins lost their first game in a series with Baltimore last night. The loss puts them 1.5 games out of first place because the Detroit Tigers were able to pull out a win. No worries though because the Twins still hold a dominating lead in the AL Wild Card.
Joe Mauer went 1-4 last night and lowered his average to .344 (not like .344 is anything to complain about!). However it was not enough to eclipse the Orioles.
The Twins have a day game today in Baltimore, and look to end their two game losing streak.
