Mauer is just 1-9 since his return from the DL. That’s expected though. He did have a triple in the Washington game on June 8th. I give it another week or two before Joe can find his stride and start having multi hit games.
The Twins are entertaining the idea of a minor league rehab stint for Joe Mauer, who has been on the disable list for a few weeks now. He has missed 23 games so far with a strained quad. Ouch!
