Mauer Drives in 3 Runs for the Win

Mauer stepped up big two days ago with 3 RBIs that helped seal the deal in Minnesota. It was the third victory in a row for the Twins, who moved six games behind the idle Cleveland Indians in the wild-card race.

Mauer ended the month of July batting .305, raising his overall average back up to .300. He only hit 1 homerun in the entire month though. Joe really needs to work on getting his power back and driving in some runs.
