The long standing impasse between the Bahamas Baseball Association and the Bahamas Baseball Federation is set to get positive results with the two identities looking for ways to resolve their differences for the sake of young baseball players.
Their differences started with BBA maintaining its status as the internationally recognized parent for baseball in the country while BBF had cut off contact with BBA. The resolution started with a group of players in the 16-19 age group interested in playing baseball under Albury’s scrutiny.
With three groups of players playing on weekends, one team would be left out and not be able to play. This is when it was decided that these players would play against Andre’s team of players.
It is hoped that the hierarchy of the BBF and BBA will note this move, and aim to resolve their differences and bury the hatchet.
