Federal prosecutors have been instructed by a n U.S District Court Judge to change Barry Bond’s indictment given in November. Prosecutors were ordered to re-file the indictment or edit some of the alleged lies. It was also ordered to make all of his grand jury testimony public.

In addition to the charge of lying about his use of performance enhancing drugs, Bonds is also accuse dof making false statement to another grand jury which is related to the illegal sale of such drugs and money laundering. In order to find Bonds guilty, it must be proven by the Government that Bonds willfully and knowingly lied under oath.
