Finally, Willie Randolph got himself a break- at least for a day.
The New York Mets finally delivered and ended their 5 game losing streak with a 9-2 win over the Colorado Rockies on Saturday.
There were speculations of Randolph being under evaluation when Omar Minaya was spotted during the weekend game. This started rumors that Randolph’s job could be in jeopardy.
Minaya congratulated Willie Randolph after the game.
