Beat the heat and boredom this summer! Engage in some fun summer sports that will not only leave you fitter, ut involve hours of entertainment! Here are some suggestions!

1.Make your kids join a sports workshop- there are many offered during the summer! A baseball, basketball, tennis or golf clinic will sharpen up their skills and develop discipline!

2.Go swimming in your pool, or local community center! You can even take swimming lessons!

3.Now is the time o take advantage of the beautiful weather and long days! Arrange afternoon games of ultimate Frisbee or flag football with your friends!

4.Play a game of tennis early in the morning at your local country club!

5.Enroll your teens in a sports camp!
