The South Korean Baseball Team had a very happy olympics. For the first time in history, they were bale to take home the gold medal in the sport!

South Korea went into the Beijing games being an underdog of sorts. No one really expected them to place as it was their first appearance in the games. Everyone was really surprised when they went on to win all nine of their games. They didn’t lose a single one! This was certainly good enough for the stellar team to take home the gold medal!

The win means that 14 of the team’s members will not have to report for to years of military duty!
