Rich Gossage is the newest name to be added to Baseball’s hall of fame!
As a kid, Gossage’s biggest fan was his dad. His father always knew that he would make it big one day1 And indeed he did! Gossage had a 22 year career as a dominant relief pitcher.
He was inducted into the Hall of Fame on Sunday, July 27, 2008.
Gossage was just a humble kid who came from Colorado. He’s always been known as a little bit shy and always carried a real love for the game.
Now, this once humble kid has truly made his father very proud!
